Kinilala ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez ang sakripisyong ginagawa ng mga ina upang mabigyan ng maayos na buhay ang kanilang mga anak.

“You are the most important persons in everyone’s life kasi kung wala kayo wala kami,” sabi ni Romualdez sa isang video message.

Kinilala rin ni Romualdez ang kanyang ina na si Juliette at misis na si Tingog party-list Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez.

“My own mother, Mama Juliette has made us her children and her apos the center of her universe! And I also pay tribute to my wife, Tingog Party-list Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, who is a devoted mother to our four children,” sabi ni Romualdez sa hiwalay na pahayag.

Nakikiisa umano si Romualdez sa pagdiriwang at pagkilala ng mundo sa mga ina na inuuna ang kapakanan ng kanyang pamilya bago ang kanyang sarili para mapabuti ang kalagayan ng mga ito.

“To all mothers of the world, one day is not enough to recognize your contributions to nation-building and making our world a better place.
