Apat na lugar na ang nasa ilalim ng Signal No. 1 dahil sa Tropical Storm ‘Goring’.

Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), narito ang apat na lugar na nasa Signal No. 1:

Batanes

Eastern portion ng Babuyan Islands (Babuyan Is., Camiguin Is.)

Eastern portion ng mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lal-Lo, Gattaran, Baggao at Peñablanca)

Northeastern portion ng Isabela (Maconacon, Divilacan at Palanan)

“Due to highly favorable environment, GORING is forecast to rapidly intensify and may reach typhoon category by tomorrow. It may reach its peak intensity on Sunday evening, after which it is forecast to maintain strength until the end of the forecast period. The potential for developing into a super typhoon is not ruled out,” ayon sa PAGASA.
