Ang Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC), na binubuo ng Supreme Court of the Philippines (SC), Department of Justice (DOJ) at Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), ay nagpatuloy sa pagsisikap na magtatag ng mga Justice Zone sa bansa.

Noong Setyembre 27, ang mga kinatawan nito ay nakipagpulong sa mga pangunahing opisyal ng Provincial Government of Palawan at Puerto Princesa City.

Pinangunahan ni Supreme Court Associate Justice Maria Filomena D. Singh ang pagsisikap para sa groundwork na itatag ang Puerto Princesa City, Palawan bilang 12th Justice Zone.

Si Justice Singh, na namumuno sa JSCC Technical Working Group on Processes and Capacity Building, ay nakipagpulong kay Palawan Governor at Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Chair Dennis Socrates at Puerto Princesa Mayor Lucilo Bayron upang maghanda sa formal launch sa Nobyembre 10 ng Puerto Princesa bilang ang kauna-unahang ‘Green Justice Zone’.

Dumalo rin si Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Michael Frederick L. Musngi at Court of Appeals Associate Justice Jaime Fortunato A. Caringal sa pag-uusap ng JSCC kasama ang mga local chief executive ng Palawan.

Ang JSCC ay nilikha noong Abril 30, 2010 upang magsilbi bilang joint forum para sa diyalogo sa mga isyu ng common interest at mechanism for effective coordination at pagbabahagi ng impormasyon bilang suporta sa pagpaplano at pagpapatupad ng magkasanib na mga inisyatiba ng justice sector partikular na ang SC, DOJ at DILG.
